Who do we share your information with and why?​​​
We may store, process or back-up your personal information on servers that are located overseas (including through third-party service providers). By providing us with your personal information, you are consenting to the transfer and/or storage of your personal information in this way.
We use, and have access to, selected third-party services that facilitate and complement our accounting services. By accepting our Terms of Engagement, you authorise us to disclose your personal information to the provider of those services to enable the facilitation and provision of those services to you. Any personal information disclosed to these third parties will be subject to the third party’s own privacy policy and practices. If you have any questions or concerns regarding their use of your personal information you should contact them directly. You are free to opt out of this authority at any future time by contacting your regular advisor.
On occasion, we may use your personal information, such as your address or contact details, to provide you with industry information or to introduce you to additional services that we offer.  We may, for example, send you written or electronic communications, electronic newsletters and/or invitations to events. We will not sell your personal information to any third-party organisation for marketing or advertising purposes.
How do we keep your data secure?
We take reasonable steps to maintain personal information in a secure environment to prevent unauthorised use. Wherever possible, we take reasonable steps to ensure our third-party service providers are bound by contract to do the same.

How to access, update, delete, transfer your information
You have the right to request access to, and correction of, any personal information that we hold about you in accordance with the Privacy Act, including the right to request that a statement be attached to your information noting the correction sought if we do not agree to make such a correction. If you would like a copy of your information or to have it updated, please contact your usual advisor.
We will always do our best to keep any personal information we hold about you accurate and up to date before we use it but do rely on you to notify us as soon as possible of any updates or changes to your personal or contact details.
What happens when our Privacy Policy changes?
Changes to this Policy may be necessary to reflect business or technology changes, or legal developments. If we change this Policy, we will post a revised version on our website and such changes will take effect from the date they are posted. If you do not agree to these changes, you will no longer be able to access or use our Services.
